These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 777yj ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered user ("you", "member"). This document has been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh.

• "Account" — Your personal profile created during the registration process.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

4. Gaming and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all games and betting options available on 777yj.

4.1 General Gaming Terms

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartial and fair gaming.
• If any round is left incomplete due to a technical fault, that bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned.
• If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the last state saved on the platform's server.
• If a dispute arises over the outcome of any game, the platform's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

4.2 Sports Betting

• Betting is available on cricket (BPL, T20, ICC), football (FIFA, EPL), kabaddi, and other sports events.
• Betting odds may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If any event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be returned.
• If evidence of match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage by dishonest means is found, the related bets will be cancelled.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and the account will be closed if any of them are identified:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

777yj offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its members. The following conditions must be followed in order to receive these benefits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,500 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• All slots games generally contribute in full towards the wagering calculation. The contribution rate for other games may differ.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before wagering is complete, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 777yj VIP program has 4 tiers. Members can progress step by step to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2% and additional benefits.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
• In cases of bonus abuse from the same household or the same IP address, the bonuses of all related accounts may be cancelled.
• 777yj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, the decision of 777yj will be considered final.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, 777yj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration using incorrect or false information.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• If it is not possible to continue operating the account for legal or regulatory reasons.

A member may also request account closure at any time. In this case, contact the support team via live chat. Any valid balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules.

6.1 Self-Exclusion

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 777yj platform — logos, graphics, designs, software, text, games, and multimedia — is the intellectual property of 777yj or the relevant licensor. 8. Limitation of Liability

777yj accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or betting session is left incomplete due to the member's internet connection being lost.
• If login credentials fall into the hands of a third party due to the member's own negligence.
• Technical faults beyond the control of 777yj (force majeure).
• For faults in third-party game software — in such cases the relevant game provider is responsible.

11. Miscellaneous Terms
